Our physical bodies need attention as well as our emotional-mental and spiritual bodies.  How can you keep your heart happy?  Heart disease is still the most common cause of death in the United States. Heart Attacks, strokes, arteriosclerosis hardening and loss of elasticity of the arterial walls) and atherosclerosis (blocked arteries) and hypertension (high blood pressure) and Cholesterol are related and can be discussed as a group. Many of the preventive measures are the same although the treatment of each condition can vary.

Happy Hearts practical preventive measures:

  1. Diet high in fiber. Add oat bran or flax seed for fiber.
  2. Add kelp, sea vegetables, chlorophyll (builds health cells) and / or liquid minerals to your diet.
  3. Add almonds, brewer’s yeast, sesame seeds and whole grains, bananas, brown rice, garlic, onions, endive, lima beans, pears, peas, spinach.
  4. Eliminate fried foods, coffee, white flour and refined sugars. Refined sugars cause wide variations in blood sugar which can cause hypoglycemic drops.
  5. Eliminate coffee, colas and tobacco .
  6. Refrain from alcohol use.
  7. Get regular exercise—walking, water exercises, jumping on a mini Trampoline, any fun sweaty activity.

Environmental Toxins and Metals – How they impact our health and our happy hearts.

High blood pressure often shows no signs or symptoms, which is why having your blood pressure checked regularly is important.I found the cause is often heavy metals , especially cadmium.   Yes, you can detox and have normal blood pressure again.  I have helped many clients do just that.

Vicky’s success – “blew my mind.”   I detoxed and feel better than I have in two years in one session!  Vicky is a myofacial rehab professional who went from feeling stuck in pain ( cochlear implant) to empowerment with Frequency Medicine. ” It blew my mind.”
